🚀 Women in the Heights: Destinus is committed to gender equality in the aerospace sector

Historically, the aerospace sector has been dominated by men, with limited female participation in technical and leadership roles. However, we are seeing a notable change in this dynamic. More and more women are challenging gender stereotypes and making their mark in the industry, contributing their talent, experience and passion to the exploration of space and the advancement of aerospace technology.

At Destinus, we have been committed to innovation and excellence since our beginnings. We recognize the value of diversity and inclusion, and we want to strengthen the role of women in our company. On this International Women's Day, we are proud to announce our willingness to implement concrete measures to attract female talent and encourage their participation and growth within our organization.

According to Ana Gabriela Briceño, Head of HR de Destinus: "Destinus is an employer that values equal opportunities: we appreciate diversity in our companies and teams. We do not discriminate based on age, race, religion, color, country of origin, gender, sexual orientation or disability status." Additionally, we are adopting the Gender Decoder platform to ensure inclusive content and encourage women to apply. We are transparent with the salaries to help them negotiate and ensure pay equity.

During 2024, we are committed to mobilizing all our active positions towards different women's organizations in the sector, including Women in Aerospace (WIA), Society of Women Engineers (SWE), Women in Aviation International (WAI), Women in Aviation and Aerospace Charter , AnitaB.org, Women Who Code, Girls in Tech and Women Techmake. In Destinus, we believe that the future of the aerospace sector is inclusive and diverse. Join us on this exciting journey! 🌟✈️
