The purpose of this Privacy Notice is to inform you about how Destinus (Destinus, also we or us) collects and processes personal data in accordance with Swiss and European data protection laws. Retention Period

• as long as they are subject to a legal obligation to retain them.

In certain cases, we also ask for your consent if we want to store personal data for a longer period (e.g. in the case of job applications that we want to keep pending). After expiry of the above-mentioned periods, we delete or anonymize your personal data.

This Privacy Notice may be amended over time, in particular when we change our data processing practices or if applicable data protection laws change. We will inform persons whose contact details are registered with us about significant changes. In principle, the Privacy Notice in the version valid at the time of the start of the processing shall apply in each case.
